Great article! Delegation is often the most difficult part for software engineers transitioning into leadership and management. I’ve had this struggle myself for years until I decided to take more risks. Eventually found that I could take a week off and things in my department would still run smoothly. That has since become a key result I’ve always set for myself (and for leaders I manage).
